Descaling/Chemical cleaning is more effective for theremoval of inorganic and organic deposits from processlines and equipments. Our cleaning program is a combinationof 3 elements. Solvents (acid, alkali, surfactant), Fluid velocity (stirring, spraying, agination, air rumbling and steam addition etc.) heat (hot water of hot surface). Cleaning is divided into 2 categories: preoperational cleaning and routine maintanance cleaning.
Descaling/; cleaning practice consists of safe and iniform cleaning of deposit (scaling/rust) from the heat transfer surface, process line without metal corrosion followed by proper passivation to check electrochemical reaction after cleaning.

Fuel Additives is designed keeping in mid typical fuel oil related problems and overall improvement in fuel economy. Use of microfloc fuel additives insures reduction in oil sludge, prevention of corrosion in oil storage tank, pipelines and an objective of cleaner environment.
Our fuel additives also help to improve overall combustion efficiency by reduction in soot and clinker formation as well as maintaining desired stack temperature. Fireside chemical contain a combustion catalyst, slag modifiers, corrosion inhibitors and dust suppressants that help overall combustion resulting in better performance of furnace, boilers and D.G.

The primary objectives of cooling warer treatment are to facilitate easy heat rejection and minimize water consumption. Colling involve the transfer of heat (Btu’s Kcal/Kg ) from one substance to another. The substance the loses heat is said to be cooled. And the one that receives the heat is referred as coolant.
Cooling water for the industries if untreated cause several problem i.e. corrosion, scaling, fouling microbiological growth in cooling towers, condensers, threat exchange and other parts, resulting in production loss, equipments failure and breakdowns. These problems can be overcome by using corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, dispersants and biocides.

Water treatment for generation of steam is one of the most significant branches of water chemistry. Industries use steam, either in the process or generating power. Generation of steam is energy intensive and costly, therefore efficient production and utilization of steam is a prerequisite to keep over all cost of production down. Strategy for the boiler water treatment should be to use the boiler that operated with the highest efficiency for the longest possible time.
